Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I sort charts?
Forex and stock charts can be sorted by filtering or tagging, but they can also be sorted by time (most recent), maximum or minimum number of charts published, or alphabetical order of chart publishers. The Sort-by dropdown menu is available next to the filtering menu

2. Can I edit another users' chart?
You can load up another user’s chart in the charting application, make comments, add annotations or indicators then save it as one of your own charts. In the save/open window of the Charting Application is a URL should you want to share this chart with others.

3. I can’t find my chart?
If you have a large number of charts you can select the amount to display at any one time. This can go from 20 charts up to 500 per page (although uploading 500 images will take time!). Note, tagging and filtering will only work on the current page of viewable charts, so if tagging and filtering doesn’t locate your chart then try the next page or increase the number of charts viewable at one time. The number of charts viewable on any one page, and the number of pages of charts available, is located bottom right.

4. Can I post a chart to Twitter?
Yes, all saved charts have a unique URL address, and any public chart created by you or another user can be shared. To get to this address the viewed chart has to be loaded in the charting application (you will see the navigation change); in the browser address bar is the unique address for the chart. Copy and paste this address into a service like tinyurl.com or bit.ly to shrink it down and then use this in a twitter post.
